When I think of wine from Provence my brain goes to rosé. But thanks to Nathalie Longefay, winemaker at Chateau La Mascaronne, this summer I’ll add this blend

Surrounded by stone walls and olive trees, Château La Mascaronne is a traditional Provencal mas (farmhouse) and produces white and red wine as well as rosé.

This is probably the wine the closest to the Olympics. We are pretty sure that you will remember Parker, one of the last athletes to carry the torch during the Opening Ceremony in La Cour Carré du Louvre.
